Water Bath Canner for processing jellies, fruits and other high acid foods. Includes wire rack to hold 7 quart jars. Kettle has 21.5-quart liquid capacity (can also be used as a blanching or stew pot). This boiling water bath canner is enamel on heavy gauge steel and is made in the USA.
The manufacturer does not recommend this boiling water-bath canner for glass or ceramic top stoves as it does not have a flat bottom. However, our experience is that these water bath canners work fine on "most" flat top stoves.
