The Samap Electric Stone Mill uses a heavy-duty industrial motor with the patented cooling-turbine, which prevents heating-up of the grinding stones even after hours of continuous use. This system prevents the necessity of a fast-wearing reduction gear, and explains the above-average life span of the machine.

The Samap F100 Mill has a precise adjustment knob which makes it simple to handle and allows the user to adjust the grinding from powdery fine to very coarse. Many kinds of dry and hard grain can be ground including spelt, quinoa, rye, oats, maize, rice, millet, buckwheat and barley. Oily grains that would 'cake' the stones should be avoided.
The patented cooling-turbine on the Samap Stone Mill slows down the oxidation of the germ oil, vitamins, and trace minerals contained in the wholemeal, and gives a well aerated fluffy flour. The Samap F100 is very easy to use, and is a fully-featured grain mill for bakeries and restaurants.
