The Samap F100 Mill has a precise adjustment knob which makes it simple to handle and allows the user to adjust the grinding from powdery fine to very coarse. Many kinds of dry and hard grain can be ground including spelt, quinoa, rye, oats, maize, rice, millet, buckwheat and barley. Oily grains that would 'cake' the stones should be avoided.
