Jelly Strainer with bag from Norpro is ideal for straining homemade vinegar, jelly, juice and soup stock. The legs bend to fit different size pans or bowls used to collect the strained product. Comes with one bag. Additional bags available below in packs of two (NP-615).
To use the jelly strainer, place a round bowl or cake pan under the jelly strainer. After the fruit is cooked, pour the fruit and juice into the bag. Allow juice to drip into the bowl or pan gradually for proper straining. Do not squeeze, as this could cause cloudy the jelly.
