Jerky Spice - The Nesco "Jerky Spice Works" seasoning kits contain 6 pre-measured packets that make great-tasting jerky every time. Using the Nesco Jerky Spices is the fast, easy and economical way to make delicious beef jerky at home.

Making your own jerky is as easy as:

1. Mix 1 pound ground meat with 1 packet each of sasoning and cure.
2. Form into strips or sticks using the Jerky Works Kit.
3. Dry jerky using a food dehydrator or conventional oven.
