Jumbo Water Bath Canner - This 33-Quart canner has extra capacity for faster processing of the season's harvest. Includes a rack that holds nine (9) quart mason jars. This durable enameled-on-steel kettle with rack will provide years of service. The Jumbo Water Bath Canner has a 33-quart liquid capacity (15.25" bottom dia, 9.75" high). Canner is enamel on heavy gauge steel and is made in the USA. This canner is also available in a Jumbo Water Bath Canner Package complete with canning utensils.
The manufacturer does not recommend this canner for glass or ceramic top stoves as it does not have a flat bottom. However, our experience is that these canners work fine on "most" flat top stoves. A stove with a large burner size is recommended for use with the Jumbo Water Bath Canner.
