Compact design: The 528 dehydrator's rectangular design stores compactly. Each tray has 0.6 square feet of drying area, and you can add trays to a maximum of 20, for up to 12 square feet of drying. The L'Equip dehydrator measures 17" L x 11.75" W x 10.4" H (with 6 trays.)
The L'Equip Dehydrator's computer control analyzes dehydrator's temperature constantly to ensure a stable food drying environment, and the temperature is adjustable between 93° and 158° F.
