The gentle steam process gives you the rich savory juicers from grapes, apples, cherries, plums, pears, berries, currants, rhubarb, tomatoes, etc., while preserving nature's vitamins and fresh flavor. Simple fill bottom pan with water, place fruit in the 9-quart colander, cover with lid and heat on the stove. As the water boils, hot steam penetrates and opens the fruit cells allowing the juice to drip into the juice kettle. About 60 minutes later, release the clamp and drain off flavorful juice concentrate through the drain tube. Pure and simple.
