The Nutrimill uses a high speed impact chamber to create flour from grains and beans, as some other good mills do. But the Nutrimill raises the bar for impact mills with new features you've asked for -- a combination of features found in no other mill. The first of these is the ability to grind super fine flour, at low temperatures, and also adjust to produce the coarser grind you need for perfect corn breads. Its impact heads mean no stone glazing and no overheating.
