Pint-Sized Waterbath Canners are great for processing jellies, fruits and other high acid foods. This water-bath canner is coated enamel on heavy gauge steel. The manufacturer does not recommend this pint-sized canner package for glass or ceramic top stoves as it does not have a flat bottom. However, our experience is that these pint-sized boiling water bath canners work fine on "most" flat top stoves.
