The Deluxe Water Bath Canner is just what you need for processing jellies, fruits and other high acid foods. Back to BasicsŪ went back to the drawing board and designed a superior water bath canner. Improvements include a deeper pot allowing over an inch of water to cover the jars, a non-stick surface for easy cleaning, and a canning rack that keeps jars separated and safely off the bottom.
This large enameled water bath canner includes a wire rack to hold 7 quart jars. Kettle has 22-quart liquid capacity (can also be used as a blanching or stew pot). This water bath canner is coated enamel on heavy gauge steel.
Includes lid and rack. Dimensions: 12.5" bottom diameter, 9.75" tall (without lid).
The manufacturer does not recommend this canner for glass or ceramic top stoves as it does not have a flat bottom. However, our experience is that these canners work fine on "most" flat top stoves. Deluxe Water Bath Canner Package also available.
